We are a competitive 12U team that plays in two tournaments a month throughout Arizona, our girls are a young 12U team that continues to impress us out at these tournaments.

Coach Cody is the head coach of the 12U Sandlot team here in Maricopa. He comes from a baseball background and played ball till he was 23 years old. He loves coaching softball and has developed an extreme passion for it after he was pushed into coaching his daughter's Little League team. His coaching style meshes well with the girls. He
Coach Cody is the head coach of the 12U Sandlot team here in Maricopa. He comes from a baseball background and played ball till he was 23 years old. He loves coaching softball and has developed an extreme passion for it after he was pushed into coaching his daughter's Little League team. His coaching style meshes well with the girls. He holds them accountable for their actions on the field and off, teaching things like controlling the controllable and next-pitch mentality. Mike started Sandlot in 2015 after coaching in Little League and wanted to provide a more competitive place for his daughter and other Maricopa girls to play. Mike offers over a decade of coaching experience and has coached all levels of club ball, including 10U through 16U. His c
Coach Mike is Sandlot's President of Softball Operations. Mike started Sandlot in 2015 after coaching in Little League and wanted to provide a more competitive place for his daughter and other Maricopa girls to play. Mike offers over a decade of coaching experience and has coached all levels of club ball, including 10U through 16U. His coaching style has proven to pull the very best out of the girls, setting them up for success on and off the field. Accountability is one of Mike's biggest things he expects from any girl he coaches.

Coach Tony found his path to coaching through his daughter Alexia. We needed extra help, and Tony was the perfect fit to add to our staff, his knowledge isn't directly associated with baseball or softball but with soccer. Tony played soccer at the collegiate level and brings an awesome approach to the mental game for the girls.

Katelyn and Amy are the backbone of the team. These two team moms do a ton of work on the back-end to ensure everything runs smoothly. Without them, this team would be all over the place. Their dedication to the team and these girls is unprecedented and never overlooked.
